Security Guards
The Secure Waters uniformed security division provides armed and unarmed security guards for commercial and private clients (land and waterside operations). Uniform security guards provide a visible and physical deterrent to crime, facility threats, and vulnerabilities. Secure Waters screens and hires the most qualified officers for each client operation. The security officers are highly experienced security professionals who are typically prior Coast Guard, military, law enforcement or experienced security officers. All security officers are thoroughly screened and must pass an interview process, personality profile, background check, and drug test. Secure Waters officers receive numerous hours of refresher training throughout the year in various areas of security, safety, emergency response, and customer service along with refresher training on client specific procedures.
Cost Reduction: The Secure Waters management and security team work with each client to reduce security costs while maximizing their security budgets through these four steps: 1. Secure Waters offers a variety of security services (security guards, technology, consulting, and training) so clients have one point of contact for facility security. Bundling multiple services reduces long term program costs. 2. The team works with each client’s insurance company to develop a security risk mitigation program that reduces exposure from theft, loss, or damage (clients typically experience a 5-10% insurance premium reduction after the first year of service). 3. The Secure Waters management team works with each client to integrate security into their day to day operations to achieve operational efficiencies and reduce client costs. 4. Secure Waters offers concierge security service’s through our clients to their customers to provide additional revenue for our clients.
