Uniformed Security Guards

The Secure Waters uniformed security division provides security guards for government, commercial, and private clients (land and waterside operations). The Secure Waters security officers are highly experienced security professionals. Most security guards are prior Coast Guard, military, law enforcement or experienced security officers. All security officers must pass an extensive interview process and background check. They must also possess at least five years of law enforcement, military or security experience, and understand state laws, Secure Waters regulations and procedures, and client post orders. Secure Waters officers receive numerous hours of refresher training in various areas of security to ensure they understand each client’s security threats, vulnerabilities and protection program priorities.

True cost reduction in any security operation comes from the design of a system that integrates people and technology. The Secure Waters team provides each client with a total security management solution (TSM). When clients integrate security technology (CCTV, access control, etc) and uniformed security officers, they reduce their security spending while increasing their security coverage and reducing their loss exposure. The integrated technology division works closely with the uniform security division to design and implement cost effective security solutions tailored for each client. The goal for each operation is to increase security coverage, reduce incidents and loss, and reduce security spending.
